I agree, the thing with tropius is its so weak unfortunately. Grass/Dragon was my idea too. But it'll easy get overlooked by Sceptile. Tropius like Sableye+Mawile have terrible stats but unlike the other 2, typing is bad as well.

Hmmm.... If I were to make a mega tropius i say let it grow big (im talking like Venasaur→Mega Venasaur) and make it become this...

With tropius being Grass/Dragon, it'll be a huge wall to grass/water/elect and can fend off but still not op due to 4x ice and a couple other weaknesses. Also it'll be the exact opposite of Mega Sceptile in terms of stats :)

Yeah there are so many pokemon that need one (Audino especially out of the pokemon you mentioned XP). Cant wait to see what new mega's this game brings!

Wow you really put a lot of thought into this! A defensive Tropious would be a pretty cool poke (much better then what it currently is) but sense you mentioned Sceptile is also Grass/Dragon (completly forgot) I'm having my doubts that if tropious does get a mega it will be grass/dragon. None the less I would be happy as long as tropius got a mega evo.

Man I LOVE the Mega Sceptile design. Swampert was my favourite starter back in the day but his Mega looks horrible IMO. Now I'm just confused as to which one I should choose. GAAAAH!!!

I second this :) My 3rd favorite mega evolution design after Mega Banette and Mega Charizard X! Though Blastoise is my favorite pokemon of all time no matter what :0
