Forums - Sony Discussion - No Man Sky + Project Morpheus, Missed oppurtunity?

I guess everyone would agree that one the most impressive game to come out of E3 is No Man Sky. As i watching the demo at Sony Conference the only thing I was hoping that Andrew House or the developer would step out and say this a project morpheus game, but well they didnt. Even ABZU was a great game for VR but thats a third person game whereas NMS is first person view and a procedurally generated open world/Universe and perfect for VR. Although it will be playable on project morpheus eventually... But i guess sony missed an oppurtunity to promote it or optimize it for Project Morpheus, i geniunely believe NMS would have been a killer app for Project Morpheus.. What do u guys think?

I beg to differ, Zelda U was.

I meant to say "One of the" but anyways ur missing the whole point dude.. also Zelda only excited nintendo fans and is no where close to ambitious as No Man Sky.

Project Morpheus.. if you listened to the "reveal" there was a lot of things.. pretty crucial.. they even not even had think of.. I gues they are minimum 2 years away from a final product.

Meaning they have nothing more to show.. other than tech demos, at the moment.

The reason the showed the "beta" was that there are a lot of companys working on VR.. (6-7 "official") and they want some "ownership" over the iddea.

5 replies to non-Nintendo thread, 3 of them are about Zelda. WTF

even No Man Sky is way off from releasing as the dev mentioned on IGN's Post E3 Interview, there is lot of work to be done and release is way far of in future

I'm not a Nintendo fan in any way shape or form, but I still think it.

Ambitious it indeed is, but impressive goes to the game that WOW'd me most, and despite not being a fan of nintendo, absolutely hating mario, and never playing a single zelda game in my life, my vote goes for Zelda U.

But to be on point with the topic, just because something is not announced outright, does not mean it isnt, or will never, happen.
