Bleh I gotta wait even longer. Oh well. 

I've been checking out streams on twitch, I can't wait to finally try the game out.

Man I gotta say after playing the game any doubts I had are gone.

This is amazing that Sony fans finally get to experience a Bungie title. Now you guys can see where all the hype from this studio comes from

I've played a few Halo games, but yeah, I'm still excited. 

So does the game feel similar to Halo?

Similar for sure, but actually different as well. It has its own feel.

But there's no doubt that this is the studio that built Halo, you can feel the similarities quite a bit.

Sorry for 3 posts in a row but thought you guys might want to read this.

Updated impression:
1. The Game is beautiful in motion.
2. It has a slight cell shaded look which surprised me. Its subtle but certainly there.
3. The open explorable area is pretty huge, and has a day to night cycle.
4. The combat feels amazing. For those familiar to Halo you'll feel right at home, though there are some differences.
5. The Tower area is really cool and does feel like an MMO. There you'll see lots of other players and can interact with them, party up, or just shop for items in the local stores.
5. Enemy AI is solid but not amazing. As of right now it feels like a step down from Halo's enemy intelligance.
6. The Sparrow, (you're speeder bike) is amazing and a blast to drive.
7. You'll see lots of other players in the open world but not enough to be bothersome. Its pretty cool seeing a fellow Hero out on their own journey in the stars.

So far any doubts I had about this game are gone. Bungie is going to deliver.

And did I mention, the game is beautiful yet?!

Thanks for the info Ben, really good to know. I was worried about this game also, now that I know this info I'll definitely be getting this game day one. Hopefully I can play the Alpha on PS4 tomorrow.

How are the missions for it? Game does look beautiful.
