lol at "female version of link", for that, they'll have to be a male version of link first. he's been feminine since day one.

I did pay attention to it. I also payed attention to all the other angles that show it. The valley is there, you are ignoreing it. All it "proves" is that you are blind and ignore all other evidence. |
How about let's point out the fact that MALES have their own "pecks" as well. It seriously proves absolutely nothing. You saw the screenshot I reposted here, and how flat the chest was in that angle. Every other angle you're talking about means nothing if they are done from the side. Males have their own "boobs" too if you call those boobs. It's called a chest.
can someone just clarify for me... was this 'trailer' taken from the game itself, or was it just a tech demonstration using the game engine to show what zelda wii u would like? If it was a tech demonstration then pretty much everything could change except presumably the art style?
I thought someone from Nintendo commented at last year's e3 that they could have shown the new zelda wii u but decided against it. Based on that I was expecting to see more of zelda wii u... like a proper trailer even if it is just a cut scene from the game.

Zelda for one. Also it's not links horse they are riding. Pleanty masculine for a transvestite maybe with boobs visible from literally every other angle.

I'd say the "lumps" could just be way the shirt is resting, it's not convincing enough either way for me. Zelda isn't exactly bursting at the seams, particularly as Sheik. |
@Bold: Exactly, there really isn't anything definitive here. People are acting as if those tiny lumps in that certain angle are boobs, and when I show that a screenshot doesn't show it the same somewhere else I get called ignorant.
And MY point is that there's no confirmation on EITHER direction, but the most likely verdict is that the character is male. I am not ruling out female, but these observations people are making are ridiculous.

Skinny guys do not have "pecks" that bulge over chest belts. If she was fat or even musculer you'd have an argument. However she's clearly not, and very feminine. So at this point you are grasping at straws at best and ignoreing all the other substantial evidence.

I don't even know what to say about this thread! xD

That's not Zelda.
I think we're looking too deeply into this. Unless there's magical tranformation going on, I doubt it's not Link. And I even further doubt Nintendo puts a transvestite in an E3 trailer for one of their biggest games.
You're Gonna Carry That Weight.
Xbox One - PS4 - Wii U - PC

I'm not sure about the cinematic, but the overview of the game world shown when Aonuma was presenting was in-game.
This was also the sort of artstyle Aonuma mentioned he was going for when ZeldaU was first mentioned. I wouldn't get your hopes up for any changes now.

That is an EXTREMELY weak argument given that you're making those "boobs" seem MUCH bigger than they are. They are barely even visible. All of your evidence is weak. Seriously. How hard is it to believe that those things you are seeing are NOT boobs? The amount of footage shown of the character up close is LITERALLY only SECONDS long, and the amount of "ANGLES" in the shot are LITERALLY only a FEW. And given that ONE of the angles actually DON'T fit with your observation is ME grasping at straws? Seriously?
