I am very respectful. You trying to make me sound like i'm not reeks of disrespect. You can derail the topic more if you want, but i for one have said what i wanted. Spin it however you like.

Different people have different opinions. Leave it at that. Some people liked it. Some people didnt like it.

Well duh, all of you doubting him must simply be "extremely biased" as he said. I mean the conference was so amazing that only the most biased people would not have their minds blown. And that's not a biased point of view at all.

The annoying part is really that he is so biased that whenever we are telling him that the conference was not mindblowing for non-Sony enthousiats he is reading at 'it was bad for the majority'...

Well that's part of being biased. Best to not let it annoy you.

Justified for them? Absolutely. Justified to the folks who paid to watch it? I think that's only answerable by the folks who went.

omg.  the event was free.  actually, it was one better than free because sony gave me $5 on psn as a gift for coming.

and going to the theatre was great.   being able to hang out with a bunch of people that love games and were excited to see all the new announcements and trailers was great especially when you consider the alternative of listing to a bunch of whiny bitches on the internet critize everything for some of the most shitastic reason i've ever heard.

Oh yeah I totally forgot it was free. What the hell are people complaining about then?

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

Sony using its resources to advantage? Why does this need justification? Sony can do whatever it wants. Well not everything. This thread is gamer entitlement to the Max, telling Sony how to stream their conference.

Nope cause guess what they could have spent the money doing... Making a game for the Vita unless the Movie Theaters did it for Free which I highly doubt

I think it was a fun thing for them to put on. It was free and they gave away stuff to those that came. It's a nice gesture is all.

I went and it was pretty cool, lots of hype in the theater, lots of clapping and cheers, etc etc, had a really cool vibe and was overall more fun than it would have been if I had simply stayed at home and watched it.

Also considering it was free and that for going you got into the Destiny Alpha this weekend, and the Battlefield Hardline beta next week, as well as recieving a $5 PSN voucher, yeah, it was very worth it IMO :P

This.

Justified or not? What the hell?

If anything we should be grateful that Sony gave a lot of people a chance to watch the conference in a theater for free and gave freebies.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

I think its a cool safe pr event. I wouldnt go for any company but if you are into it its probably fun watching with others that will get excited along with you. Gets people that are already hyped even more hyped and theres probably good food sales for the theater (as with any packed show). I think it would be cool if that could happen alongside a in venue set of demos/tournaments/giveaways and whatnot. Probably would be too expensive.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.
