Forums - PC Discussion - Will this gaming Laptop suffice?

I'll keep it simple:

I'll want it to last for the entire 8th gen with passable graphics and good framerate. This is my main contender:

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

As a person with a Asus G750 from 2012 and a older 660M and 16GB of ram. It's still great so what you have is a newer card and should be fine.

its plenty, get a spare battery tho :D

Yea its pretty great

The laptop is fine spec wise, but please don't waste an extra $600 getting it from Best Buy.

You can get a laptop with those exact specs for about $1200 including shipping from xoticpc.com. You'd also do better in regards to price from ordering one from Lenovo's website.

Thanks. I'll look into that. I'm pretty sucky when it comes to finding better deals.

No problem :)

I just found out about xocticpc.com last week myself as I am also currently in the market for a new gaming laptop. I've spent hours upon hours scouring the web for the best performance to price ratio and xoticpc seems to be the best, and by quite a large margin over everyone except Lenovo. The problem with Lenovo is that you only get to choose from 4 different models, but their prices are pretty good.

that's some pretty nice specs

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

i'm sure people will give you better stuff as they always seem to but that would do me fine
