Microsoft had some amazing games coming into e3. halo collection, scalebound, crack down, phantom dust could all be considered amazing games to announce. Then there were returners like sunset overdrive, halo 5 preview, spark and etc. and some pre announced games like forza horizons 2. But the thing is, many people were already expecting a lot of these games and there werent many surprises because of the leaks. Did the leaks ruin it for you? it was an 8 to me. but without the leaks it couldve easily been a 9. Especially if they waited to announce some of the games and the 399 x1

Even without leaks, would have been a 'meh' conference for me personally.

i think if all of it was kept secret, that conference would of blown everyone away with a 10/10, especially the halo remaster. Also all of the rumors of phantom dust coming back on these forums probably killed it for everyone.

The leaks ruined a lot of stuff yeah.

Sunset Overdrive gameplay, for example. The first reveal had everyone hyped up and excited by it, because it genuinely looks great. The E3 showing didnt have the surprise feel and it lacked some punch because of it.

whoever leaked the halo collection really f-ed things up. I see now why that guy went off about insiders ruining things, halo collection was probably going to be at the end of the show as the mega-end-ton, but it just got threw in there cuz everyone already knew about it.

halo collection is a megaton. 100 maps! all 4 games! 1080 p 60fps! halo 2 multiplayer! but it was leaked..

The leaks made the conference much less exciting and I would have preferred if they didn't reveal those games till E3.

It was actually pretty good.

I expected more tbh... Maybe it was due to hype + pre-e3 leaks but nehh! I guess I am in the Sony + Nintendo Camp for this generation
