4 points for format (games), 1 for content. most of the good stuff was multiplat
oh well, at least it's a first step. maybe they'll get it right next year.

Took a conservative approach to the conference, which is good. Overall quite solid.

7.5/10

6.5 from me. The conference was pretty good actually, but it simply lacked "titles" that would make me want to own an XBone. The Division, Witcher, Dragon Age, Evolve... I'll play them on PC.

Solid 8/10 for me. Plenty of games, but the conference could've taken a step further with a huge surprise or two.

Pretty much what I've come to expect of MS after the last few E3s

Timed and classical/old exclusives with lot of multiplats.

Got no hype over Phantom Dust or Scalebound at this point, both completely uknown entities to me. Atleast they really seem to want japanese gamers to get more interested in their console with devs like platinum games (who seem to try hard not to make PS4 games where I would expect majority of their potential follower base to be on anyways, lol.)

Ummmmm so why are indies NOW a problem again? OR am I just reading to much into some of the comments that are mentioning indies?

A Solid conference...nothing mind blowing or surprising. Lots of games coming out which is an awesome thing! I wish they could have showed more gameplay of games but I did enjoy what they showed none the less. I wonder what kind of an effect this will have on the Sony/Nin conferences(even though technically Nin is not having a conference) though, Will it cause them to change some things up or hold back maybe since MS didn't show a lot of NEW stuff? In my personal opinion again I think all of the Big 3 have started saving up more for TGS and gamescon for some reason now. Well time will tell what happens!

The absence of evidence is NOT the evidence of absence...

I predict it will grow on everyone.

How much it will grow depends on what happens in 200 mins.

EDIT: In retrospect, I should have given it a 9. I suppose it grew on me since I posted that score.

I give it an 8/10. I think it was a solid conference and one of the better ones MS had in years. I'm a big fan of Crackdown so that did it for me. I'll be getting an Xbox One this year for sure! That Master Chief Collection will move units just off of the Halo 2 Anniv and Halo 5 beta. I planned on getting Project Spark but since they added Conker it's a must.

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.

7/10. Good show. I had to come down from all the spectacle before I could rate the show properly. A very valiant effort.
