And have not that much info on it in general:

it's a old 1993-1999 pc game in which you were a tank with a topdown view ( GTAII style )

There was this 2 player splitscreen in which you needed to go to the others base and try to destroy it.

commander keen / mig era

hell  this is barely any info but damn had good fun with it.
