Ok I have to know and just throw this out there, rather then see the threads unfold as it happens after the conferences. Halo being MS's flagship and Uncharted being Sonys flagship IP from last gen, I have some questions for the community.

1. Would either one count as a major point in the conferences since we already know of their existence?

2. If both are shown, in terms of deciding who "won" E3,  do they cancel out or will one be elevated over the other?

Well, I think there will be tons of hype around both but slightly less just cause we know its coming out. And for me, I like Halo better than the Uncharted series so if they announce like nothing else, I would side with Halo than Uncharted.

Both games will be largely ignored in the inevitable list wars that will happen because they are known properties and have previously been announced.

E3 victories are generally attributed to surprises that catch people off guard...

Depends on the quality of the trailer, especially if one has gameplay and the other does not

so Uncharted wins by default

1). They are both mayor points in the conferences, since both IPs are the big, if not the biggest for their consoles.
2). Halo will be elevated over Uncharted for 2 reasons: 1: It's an online shooter. 2: Halo Collection and/or Halo 2 anniversary.

I do not think MS will show up Halo 5 at E3.

IMO this E3 wont matter much for both, 2015 will be when the big guns come out.

I think both will take a backseat to whatever new IPs or exclusivity deals are announced.
