PC not master race confirmed ?

Util they patch it, but for now the consoles have won a battle lol

About half the games out there launch with problems on PC. That's not unusual at all. It's much, much harder to optimize for.

I decided against watchdogs, instead I picked up Thief on ps4 for £22 I must say Thief is a brilliant game

I really hope this Nvidia practive backlash on them, and soon. Otherwise AMD is going to end doing the same and we gonna need 2 GPUs, if not 2 PCs.

So, 900p vs 792p.

I doubt it. There are some advantages to keeping things more open; wider adoption of your tech being one of them.

By keeping their tech closed and segmenting the market, nVidia are potentially screwing themselves in the long-term as devs just won't bother when 40% of the market can't use the feature or are complaining about lack of optimisation (especially when graphical hard hitters like Metro are running much better on AMD hardware).

Nah, they overshot the res on xb1 trying not to be 720p for PR purposes. Beyond the resolution they had to drop effects, and even then the framerate and tearing on xb1 is extremely crap. Should have gone with 720p or 600p and kept effects and decent non tearing framerate. Heh

that's one reason i am gaming on consoles mainly.
i always have trouble with performance on pc. for example, i had to stop playing witcher 2 because after 3-4 hours in i came into an area where my pc crashes after 10 seconds.
