This is your answer to your question of why people HATE Watchdogs right now.

Why all the hate on the haters? Don't listen to them and enjoy the game. It's obviously going to sell very well.

I say pay no mind to them and let their hate die out.

On top of the many reasons listed already, one needs something to hate at all times. Vita and Wii U hate seem to have played out already (hopefully), xbone can also be cut some slack now after many hard months. You can't pick on ps4 without angering the entire internet.

So, that leaves Watch Dogs. There was one preemptive hate thread about Destiny too yesterday. Something to look forward to now since Watch Dogs is out.

It's by any means a "shitty product", or, if you want, low-quality one.

All reasoning is already done multiple times, nothing is hidden from someone.

It's not just the Ubisoft, it's the whole industry problem, it's not right, when you can screw the customer in every possible way and still get huge profits.

But almost every publisher is guilty of this kind of crap to the point where you can't trust any "footage" you see at E3.
