I Have noticed that there is a big disagreement between reviewers and gamers about GTA

GTA 4 is the 3rd highest rated game ever on MetaCritic with a score of 98.

The reviewers gave it 98

Gamers gave the game 74

I presonally don't like the game GTA and think it's way over rated.

I respect however people that think this game deserve such a high score.

What's your opinion about the game - Over Rated or Great?

I think it pretty epic. I loved the old PS2 versions and GTA 4 was awesome with multiplayer. Even thought I didn't like GTA 5 multiplayer I still say it was really good.

over- rated. Should not get more than 20m or so in sales.....

it gets dull and pointless in just 2-3 months,

With a score like 98 it's overrated, it's not a bad game by any means though, GTA IV was a little dull but there's still tons of fun to be had. As a whole I was say the series is overall pretty top notch.

GTA 3 and vice city are OK everything else is BS.

And what about GTA 5?

Anyone else thought the first mission with the cars in GTA 5 was really annoying?

Of course it is. I can't think of any GTA clone that I had less fun with than the original. Such a boring piece of zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

Definitely overrated, can't believe GTA IV is the most acclaimed game of all time.

Only played a bit of GTA V at a friends house and whilst it's better than GTA IV it's still far short of the amazing Red Dead Redemption.

Not saying GTA isn't good, it's just not THAT good to be constantly averaging in the mid to high 90s.

I love GTA but some are overrated for sure!

The idea for the game GTA is great.

How it's played is something different.

The car handling is bad the missions are boring.

It could have been a much better game.
