I don't see that happening. 2030 is the 100th anniversary of the original World Cup in Uruguay and with rumours of them teaming up with Argentina for a joint bid to bring it back to where it began, considering FIFA's love of sentimentality and that kind of stuff I'd say if that bid does happen they would be overwhelming favourites to win.

We know

2018 - UEFA - Russia
2022 - Asia - Qatar

My predictions

2026 - Concacaf - United States
2030 - UEFA - England
2034 - Asia - China
2038 - Conmebol - Possible joint bid as you mentioned
2042 - UEFA

The only way to have Conmebol get 2030 is if UEFA gets 2026 as they won't be pushed to 2034.  It is the wealthiest region and FIFA cares far more about money than sentiment.  Otherwise I have no way explaining Qatar (the first World Cup nation awarded that completely caught me off guard).

Europe can't get 2026. They have a rule that there has to be 2 World Cups on other continents before they can return to one again.

2026 does sound almost certain to be in North America. Although Mexico have a chance at it, maybe even Canada do as well, the US definitely favourites though.
I still think 2030 in Uruguay. You say Qatar was because of money, but it's also sentiment/legacy. Blatter will be known forever as the first man to bring the World Cup to the Middle East and Qatar as the first Arab country to host one. Of course this also largely depends on who wins the upcoming presidential election.
If Europe doesn't get 2030 then it will definitely get 2034, as you said it's the most profitable place to hold a World Cup. But after that China is a definite possibility. By that time the Chinese economy will likely be even bigger than it is now, quite likely that their team could improve massively by then too.

Edit: Oh and none of the selections so far surprised me. I bet money on Russia getting it and very nearly bet on Qatar in 2022 as well (I thought they were the favourites)

you don't say :D

Well, rules can change between now and then. I just think UEFA will throw a fit if had to miss out on three cycles.

Mexico have hosted twice and Canada would struggle to have enough sites. The US, not to sound arrogant here, could host a World Cup now with the stadiums and infrastructure in place.

I had no issue with Southern Asia or Middle East getting a World Cup. I was stunned because Qatar is tiny, has to build so many stadiums that it will tear down after and has little to no history.  I also didn't think at the time they'd shift the World Cup to December.  I am personally glad to see the World Cup move around, I just really though it'd be Australia's time when the potential hosts were presented.

China is too big to ignore and FIFA wants to lock it down with that growing middle class there.  I think China would have a huge legacy for the sport decades on.

lol 3rd goal for Monaco.

In the previous 6 group stage games they scored 4.

Arsenal pretty much out of the CL. Leverkusen surprised me today.

I've predicted a 3-1 win, but definitely not for Monaco!

Leverkusen 1-0 Atletico

Second legs should be intense.

England won't get it, I kinda think, not in my life time. Well, while FIFA is a corrupt organisation that is. This said, if Qatar (rich or not) can host it on it's own, there is no reason why Urugruay shouldn't get a go at hosting on their own for the Centenary. I think we may get Euros again soon though, after this country spanning one fails because of how much traveling would be involved. also, allows them to already use Wembley as their final stadiums because apparently EUFA love it.

Hmm, pie.
