I think that the penalty for diving should be more fierce. Yellow card for what is not being punished now, since the refs usually just ignore dives, and a red card for something like the Fred dive. Yup, a red. The dive is not only a way to get a penalty, but it also puts the defender at the risk of getting a red card. Why should one side risk more than the other? If a striker knew, he can be kicked out of the game and lose the game for his team, he'd think twice before diving.
