Irony, I went to the pub to get out the house as my internet and TV are broke. Didn't want to watch Liverpool so watched the RM PSG game, I left before RM scored those extra 2 goals. :P

Neymar dived but wasn't carded. It is because it was in the middle of the park?

This middle of the park effect is odd sometimes and it's like, even though fouls would be the same, Refs take into account where the foul is. For example, a bad foul would see a in the middle but only a yellow and a penalty in the box. Yet a on purpose handball in the box may receive a yellow (if it wasn't a literal block) but in the middle of the park, just a foul.

Neymar wasn't carded because the ref didn't have balls to give a second yellow. He gave that card to Rabiot instead after Modric went down without a contact.

i'm busy right now to check the rules, there might be one there. I also think it has to do with the game getting out of control. Refs usually give more or less yellows to control escalating violence or a violent ambient in the game, sometimes they just forgive some of those so players don't lose their temper. 

Went to the game on Saturday, Saints were good for the first half and decent the second. West Brom did better the second half but we defended well which bodes well for our next 4 games which honestly, we need to win at least 3 of them because after that, we are screwed.

Then again, if Wigan can beat Man City 1 nil. They are going to trounce us.
