Well, the thing is that France used to have many colonies once upon a time, so African countries were a part of France. The French language was made official in those countries, so the black people who moved to Europe went to France first and foremost. If an African country belonged to France, it technically is France. And when children of the black people who moved to Europe were born in France, how could they be anything other than French? All that's left as a counter-argument is to be a racist. You can also look at this situation from another angle. If black people are so bad, then European countries shouldn't have brought African countries under their government. This means that the root cause for having so many black people in Europe is Europe itself. It means that what you don't like is the fault of white people. I know the historical reasons, but still think this is humiliating, when you get teams with only 2-3 players who genuinely represent their nation. I wouldn't mind if it was one or two guys here or there, like you have in Italy for example. But when you barely have someone from your nation on the team? That's ridiculous. And don't pull that bullshit racism card. I'm complaining about black players and Arabs playing in European teams just like I'm complaining about half of Austrian team consisting of Yugoslavian players. It's not about race, it's about nation. It just happens so, that European nations are nations of white people, but by no means am I limiting this rant just to different races 
PS. Don't generalize, not all white nations were involved in colonization and slavery, so putting the blame for that on all white people is unjustified.
