I like that that happened.  I don't like either of them.  Now it's just one.

This and the Time Warner aquisition almost certainly should have been broken up by the government. There's almost no major competitors left.

Who would have thought AT&T would have that kind of money to invest/spend! I wonder what they hope to achieve with this purchase?

I think the Comcast buying Time Warner deal will get blocked by the US Government. I also think the US Government should block this also.

Hopefully. The FCC has been sucking up to the cable companies recently though, so I wouldn't be too optimistic. 

ATT does cable too.
