I find it so odd that Nintendo World Report gave it the lowest rating out of all the scores. All well, they gave Mario Kart DS a 10, so they lose a lot of credibility with that....

Otherwise looking excellent. Hopefully it'll stay above 87 when all is said and done.

GameRevolution and GamingNexus gave some of the highest reviews with a 10 and 9.8 respectively.

Yeah, that is surprsing. I would've thought Gamespot would be the lowest since these days they essentially knock at least a full point off a game just for being Nintendo made. Other than those 2 scores though, pretty much all raves so far.

GameSpot's review was surprisingly decent with complaints I found somewhat valid (bad roster, bad battle mode, no clock in Grand Prix). The score maybe should've been an 85ish because the complaints, though valid, don't take away from the core of the gameplay.

That NintendoWorldReport review is so half assed, barely even one page for such a big title? k.

Bummed out that the battle mode apparently sucks. They should've re-used the Mario Kart 64 arenas at bare minimum.

Looks good, but my fears have been confirmed about the battle mode, Hope there's some DLC with arenas. I'm still getting it day 1 but I really would've liked me some arenas.
