This thread uses unoficial numbers from suposed "insiders". People that have access to those numbers can´t tell the figures unless they are disclaimed by the companies. Go ahead, ask any game jornalist in the twitter. I asked, they don´t know, and in fact, they don´t care unless it a major event like January (not February, sry) 2 to 1. And we only know the final numbers because Microsoft disclaimed them at that time.

And unless Sony started to play the humble winner I can´t understand why in the last two months they didn´t say the outsold the competition by more than twice COMBINED, if we belive those Neogaf insiders.

Remember that Thuway used to be one of those trusted insiders.

NPD has direct leakers to GAF. The numbers are real, and widely known. Because they are so widely known, IF Microsoft had proof that they were incorrect, they would have done their normal PR statement regarding the NPD results. You can even translate what they have to say :

"Xbox One is the #1 Selling Console" > self explanatory

"Xbox family sold the most consoles this month" > means that PS4 beat XB1, but XB1+360 sold more than PS4+PS3

"Xbox sold the most software this month" means that XB consoles didn't do well enough to talk about, but they focus on what's postive

"no statement" > means that it was a disaster

LOGIC sir. If they have good news, lord knows MS is not shy about shouting it from the rooftops month after month. They admirably kept going even when the XB1 was losing, though they got awfully creative with their wording. Now that the defeats are getting more and more consistent and dire, they've begun to clam up.

Their silence speaks volumes. If they had something good to say, THEY WOULD SAY IT.

Even Pachter, who long held to the belief that XB1 was constantly around the corner from retaking the US, has basically admitted that XB1 is going to lose big even in price cut month.

And I can't stress it enough, denying NPD results makes you look unhinged. They have been confirmed by ACTUAL REAL PEOPLE IN THE KNOW AND IF THE NUMBERS GIVEN WERE FALSE MICROSOFT WOULD HAPPILY CORRECT/DENY.

Hes still having a hard time coming to grip with facts.  NPD and aquamirine were good enough for him when it came time for december NPD,  but now that it shows ps4 domination he's singing a different toon

you have been a "doubter"  few a long time and alot of people laugh at you because of it. NPD and aquamarine are accepted as being right.  He has a long history of leaking results and having them verified by numbers released later.  you simply dont like it so you fight it.

NPD is right when companies reveal the numbers.

My "doubter" is that we are using educated guesses (the same as VGChartz numbers) as unquestinable truth.

There are financial reports coming shortly, there is no need to be that agrecive when we will have a clear picture in one more week.

Unless, of course, MS and Sony reveal their sales.
