Forums - Sales Discussion - Xbox one will catch up soon with PS4 and then outsell it in the USA

Wrong again... I told you using VGC numbers is wrong. I told you to prove it and instead, you just proved yourself wrong. Their preorder numbers are even worse. What are you thinking?! You just keeping making single sentence statements after statement without providing hard-cold evidence.

They are still a very decent approximation, it's not like TLOU Remastered will sell first week in US 2 times more than VGchartz has on preorderes.

Even more, even if it does, it still will sell mediocre.

For you to prove that TLOU Remastered aren't getting a lot of preorders, you need to prove that VGC preorder numbers are accurate. However, you haven't and we've already proven to you have off VGC can be (and it can be really bad). You're wrong yet again. Stop moving goalposts.

Here's my proof right here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/2014-06/videogames

For June, TLOU Remastered was #15. For reference, X1 only topped out at #49.

15 is a position, not a number of units.

I think this thread is made to get people banned because they get so frustrated trying to explain the obvious :).

That... is brilliant. O_O It all makes sense. He puts no effort into his replies, repeats the same thing over and over, ignores what he can't answer... he wants to drive all those who don't support the Xbox One into madness so they end up getting obliterated by an orbital barrage of banhammers. :O ...he is clearly some sort of devious mastermind. >.>

But it tracked ahead of X1, did it not (and by 34 places!! That's a lot!)? So, the game technically preordered more than how much X1's have been sold. So the game most likely preordered more than 197k in June. That's quite good considering that's only June and it's coming out in late July, so it has plenty of time to get even more preorders. Right now, it's ranked #8 in Amazon in hourly best sellers. So much for your "TLOU Remastered won't sell more than 1 million units" prediction.....

I recall Titanfall  sold more than any PS4 game, even when X1 sold less than PS4 on amazon.

So that shows nothing of the actual numbers, not all people buy their stuff on amazon, and amazon is only used by certain people, so it doesn't represent all console buyers.

You "recall", you say? And no link? All fabrication and no proof, I'm afraid. And why is TLOU Remastered ranked so high, then? Amazon has done a good job predicting the general trend of things. Whenever the PS4 is outselling the X1 on Amazon, NPD agrees with Amazon when they release their results. You are wrong, yet again.

And TLOU Remastered tops out at #13 on Gamestop. It's not just Amazon, as you can see. You can see for yourself right here: http://www.gamestop.com/search.asp

I don't see you giving any proof, just accusing and discrediting every source I give.

An amazon link is less reliable proof than vgcharts numbers.

Then prove that I'm not giving you any proof. All I'm seeing from you is denying clearcut evidence that I give you. And prove that Amazon is less reliable than VGC numbers, especially when you've been proven wrong that VGC numbers aren't reliable.

Looks like you admitted that you're wrong about TLOU Remastered, so now you're accusing me for not giving proof and trying to discredit one of the largest retailers in the US to fit your poor argument. Don't blame the messenger. Blame yourself.
