Then Microsoft should go in full panic mode. And it will probably lead to shareholders asking (read: begging) Microsoft to sell the Xbox division again.

I'm starting to think PS4 can beat XBO in June... I dont think there are going to be 60k people in a month more who are going to want an XBO. Though let's be honest, this E3 is going to be essential for both companies.

if we go by the "price drop" (which doesn't exist) alone, no. The PS4 will still win
If Sony completely messes up E3 and MS does the opposite, the amount of "core gamers" that rush out to buy one might be enough to increase its numbers above PS4. But that's a big if.
Picking numbers out of my behind, i'd say XB1 only has a 10% chance of winning June NPD. Better than 0%, right?
