Its says that its taking players through a dramatic story within a new world. From the sound of it, its going to be more then just a remake possibly a whole new story just taking place in Hoenn.

As long as there are secret bases and contests like in the original R&S (I was so bummed about how they were done in D&P), I don't care if it's a straight up remake or an entirely new game... Alpha Sapphire here I come!

Considering how they called it a brand new world and storyline, I have a feeling it may be a sequel to Ruby and Sapphire like B2/W2 rather than a straight remake. Possibly even have a new region besides Hoenn.

I am so friggin hyped either way. Just made my day.

What concerns me about that (logical) theory is that it doesn't have any actual footage...so we don't know.
