Nothing concrete I assume just some anecdotes and past trends. Seems like an okay prediction. The way he presents the prediction as a fact is pretty annoying though, I'll give you that.

Probably based on the fact that PS4 outsold Xbone in US in march even with Titanfall's bundles. Using logic.....

There's definitely a large amount of digital sales to go with it though, like you say.  For a title like this I think it'd be on the lower side of things though, because the game is niche and fans of niche games tend to like physical copies and limited editions.


Haha that's quite the different approach. I did get Danganronppa, Zero Escape, Dragon's Crown, etc and I got them all digitally, same for the people I know here. To be honest I'm pretty sure I'd have to search long and hard to find the physical copies of such titles if I really wanted them. Seems like the main shops will only carry the most popular titles (uncharted, fifa, etc)

Maybe it's an european thing :)

I showed proof to him last week... showed the Amazon chartz showing PS4 way ahead Xbone in US.

I won't do that again this week because we know how it turn out... he tried to defense the numbers last week and he is eating crow right now like everybody else expected (I'm not the only... 80% of the guys in the thread said the same thing than me).

I also thought that the numbers were wrong, but the thing is PS4 doing more on Amazon charts is not sufficient "proof". Proof is when you know for a fact that the PS4 is doing better in the US. Amazon "indicates" that it's doing better. It doesn't prove.
