US numbers for PS4 but especially X1 just seem too high. NPD's next week right?

You take this console sales war way too serious, even when you openly don´t trust on the only site/forum which track sales for the last 10 years.

Why do you spend do much time here trying to prove your points? I don´t even think Sony and Microsof have people working that hard to trace sales expectation across the board.

You are losing your talents here. Go work for Webush or IGN or Info or Uol Jogos... "If you are good on something, never do it for free".

What dedication? The only thing they have to offer is one game a year and some marketing. The rest is done by third parties, no one will buy a Vita for most of those games.

Getting 3rd parties on board IS dedication. Aside from indies Sony gave up on getting support for the system after the first year. SCEJ didn't and got massive games like Sword Art Online and Hatsune Miku on the system. Do you Japanese devs just woke up one day and decided to support the system? Sony made it happen. I wish they could do the same in the west. 


I think that the Japanese devs saw that the Vita was a more attractive product than the 3DS for the game they wanted to sell.  Most of those developers also released their succesful games on the PSP and that worked for them and then they would naturaly go migrate to the Vita. I don't think SCEJ has done that much to be honest, Miku 2 came after Miku 1. Sword Art came after the PSP Sword Art, where the devs were probably happy with that and followed up with the Vita.

No big surprises here. Wii U more or less flat yoy, 3DS heavily down, PS4 holding quite well and the One is doing pretty good too. Vita riding on Japan, we'll see how it performs over the summer. 7th gen edging closer to extinction every month, by the time 2015 starts, there won't be much left between the PS3 and 360 but I'm guessing there are still folks who believe the PS3 can catch the Wii.

And with statistics you make models to predict an outcome, you do not logically prove what an outcome will be. Do you even understand what you are talking about?

Yeap... and for now it proved right in Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb and Mar.
