They don't, no one has marketing rights, if they did the BO3 ads I've been seeing would have either a Xbox or PS4 logo, neither were there. Unfortunately now that I think about it they will open will Star Wars gameplay, yup they will definitely open with that.

So do I, I am expecting Sony to open with Black Ops 3 and close with Battlefront

they should finish with that. IMO they should open with Battlefront then an Uncharted story trailer with release date. start strong, and end with something new and big. though i doubt they will show gameplay for GG's new IP, more likely a story trailer of in game footage explaining the world/story. i doubt its a march release considering that we already have Uncharted and Street Fighter planned for spring 2016.

Well from Verendus(very confirmed Sony insider) he said that Sony will reveal their AAA JRPG at a E3(could be E3 2016), no where else. And he has told us about that game for almost 2 years so it's probably time to reveal that. I think they should open with GG WRPG and end with their JRPG. That would happen in a perfect world but we'll probably see a 3rd party game open E3. He also said there should be 3 noticeable games from SCE so I'm guessing GG RPG, SCEJ JRPG and one more game. 

I think Uncharted 4 might be a June title, like the Last of Us with SFV being a Spring 2016 title.

When Verendus told us about the JRPG two years ago he also told he had not even a clue when they would be ready to talk about it because it was in the very beggining of the project, they were probably only discussing about it and may have discontinued the idea or started the develooments just last year, so we can still don't see it this E3 as if it's supposed to comoete with FF this will be a very long project.

LoD took more than 3 years, in the age we were seeing basically a FF every year.

FF15 is taking SE almist a decade, if Sony wants to compete with that, as it was supposed to be the case, we might be looking for a 3-4 years project here.

While they do deliver it this gen and it don't turn into a TLG and goet to developments hell, I can wait as much as they need, if they'll give me something as good as LoD.

Just because they weren't read too talk about the project doesn't mean it was the very begining of the project

That post is pretty old and he seems to know exactly what the game is.

Now lets say they announce they game with a trailer, no gameplay, they could show the gameplay trailer at PSX and release it Holiday 2016. And that would be 3+ years for development.

From what I read from Verendus it sounds like the big Sony Japan JRPG and Level 5's game are two seperate projects, but yeah I'd also appreciate a link for the 3 SCE games thing.
