Bloodborne will easily be the best selling Souls game and this one is exclusive. Here's hoping for 3 mill mark.

This is the kind of thing I expect to happen a few times during the generation.

Developers known to make multi-platform games being compelled to go exclusive because of how good their games sell on the PS4 even compared to when they release on multi-platforms. Which means development costs end up being lowered for yet a higher profit margin.

@Hynad it doesn't work for everyone though it helps that it had a exsiting fanbase on the playstation which is why Bayonatta 2........................ yeah.

You're talking about a game releasing on the Wii U... If it's not a Nintendo franchise, it is expected to sell badly.

Getting Bayonetta 2 as an exclusive wasn't a smart move. When you consider that Nintendo consoles have never been the home of the fanbase. What that game did was say: To hell with our fanbase, we'll try to create a new one. Or at least, try to move them to the Wii U. But to achieve the latter, Nintendo needed to compel gamers to jump in with other high profil third party exclusives. But Nintendo is known to let third parties handle things by themselves. While Sony and MS are known to be highly supportive, both from a marketing point of view, and finacially. 

If Nintendo wants compelling and quality third party content on their consoles, they'll have to financially invest in third party games. It's working for Sony and MS, it will work for them as well when they finally realise what century we're in.

Can I just say that I REALLY like the character design for Star Ocean 5?

I want FromSoftware to make a martial arts far-east game. R1L1 can be mapped to arms, and R2L2 to legs.

Imagine if Bloodborne had QWOP mechanics. R1L1 for arms and R2L2 for legs. *shudders*
