I guess they fixed it, logged into Dutch store, €39,99.

You probably won't get banned, but maybe play using a different account just in case.

I did some research, turns out there was a pricing bug back in March where you could get the game for 85p in the UK if you bought a micro-transaction...

Very strange. When I log in, it says 39.99??!! Same page, same everything. Oh well, thanks anyway.
EDIT: The only thing it might be is that you have PS+

Yeah, it's €39.99 for me now also.
