You have probably forgotten about these two 3DS titles as they were announced quite a while ago, but there have been hardly any announcements in when they will release.
Kaio: King of Pirates was announced back in 2011 soon after Inafune left Capcom and formed Comcept and was originally slated for 2012 on the 3DS. Marvelous had just become Marvelous AQL and was publishing it. The supposed story of the game is that it's a retelling of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms similar to how Dragonball is of Journey to the West. Inafune has said that the game is supposed to first in a trilogy. It's even supposed to get anime and manga tie-ins. It's been 2 and 1/2 years since then and we still haven't gotten the game. The last word we got was that the game has been delayed to 2014 back in December 2013

Rodea the Sky Soldier was announced back in 2010 for the Wii and soon after in january 2011, for 3DS. It is being developed by Prope, the studio famous for Yuji Naka, former head of the Sonic Team. It is being published by Kadokawa Games. Around the announcement, XSEED expressed interest in localizing it. The game seems to draw inspiration from Nights and was originally played with the Wii Remote. It wasn't until June 2013 when we heard reasoning why the game was so quiet. The Wii version seems to have been done since 2011 but the 3DS version was only at "70% done" according to Kadokawa Games president, stating controls as the reason why its being held up. Yet, nearly a year has passed and still no news. Though there has been rumors of that the Wii version was ported to the Wii U now.
