Then lets take a (Factual) look at what 3DS has given us. I know, it is kind of not fair since Wii had so many more games that 3DS, but ( as you say) 1 out of 10 of them were shovelware "About", so it kind of evens out.
Let's just say that a tenth of those Wii games are just lucky shovelware million sellers. We can add another 100-200 games that sold 300 thousand or more that have a chance of being actually good as well. It is pure numbers alone that easily pushes the Wii above the 3DS. When you play soccer, and the team you are playing has no subs, but you have a full team....what do you think the outcome will be? Sure, that team with no subs could win. They will just have to .....Pull a win out of their ass...work hard to make it happen. 3DS is that team with no subs. Wii is that team with so many games it is hard for 3DS to win. It could be your opinion that you only like "one" wii game, but you enjoy every 3DS game out there. It would not matter. The fact is that there were 150 plus Wii games that sold over 1 million units. Obviously something pushed consumers to buy these games. Word of mouth? Actually being fun? high scores, etc. I hope that I explained in many ////multiple ways how this is not just my opinion. Let the 3DS be out on the market for 3 more years and we will argue about this again. |
look man, you can waste your time posting numbers all you want. Its still YOUR opinion that is has a better library. I dont agree with the sales equal quality. its a crap argument that never works becasue EVERY time there is a series that does well that that person doesnt like he/she has to make some excuse. your explanation still is not great. Wii has MORE games and has been out LONGER, so of course its going to have a million sellers. Come on man, be real. As for thsoe kinds of million sellers, those are the kind of games that sell on that system because of the very nature OF the system. again, come on man, you know this stuff. why else would nerf and strike a game that had NO ad or coverage do better than say. COnduit that did much worse with MORE ads and coverage. demographs that simple.
FYI until someone chimes in this thread and tells me that they think Wii has a better library than 3ds it is YOUR opinion. Using numbers to say otherwise is silly becasue you dont know those people. Maybe they dont even have a 3ds so how could they make a judgement? oh those lists of games for Wii suck IMHO and its stuff like that that makes me glad i didnt stick to just Wii.
