Forums - Gaming Discussion - Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Website Hides Wii U Logo In Source Code

"Searching through the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare site’s source code, we found an interesting image…this image shows a Wii U logo alongside the logo of all other platforms. As of right now, there’s no announcements about a Wii U version and the preorder page doesn’t have a Wii U box art."

I think it's a given what happened to Blops 2 and Ghosts will happen to AW on WiiU.

Hmm, maybe it's being developed separately or maybe it was in development but got cancelled. I don't know why they wouldn't announce the Wii U version and put it up for preorders, the longer it's avaialble for preorder the more preorders you get.

same with ghosts last year. I think the official announcement was 2 months before release

If the Wii U version exists, I wonder who will make it. Sledgehammer is doing PS4, XB1 and PC, an unnamed (probably High Moon Studios) developer is doing PS3 and Xbox 360. Treyarch again maybe?

It's probably being developed separately.

That being said, I'm disappointed that Activision clings to the PS3/360. It just means the the PC/PS4/Xbone versions won't reach their full potential.

Not that I really care, CoD has been reserved to my DO NOT PLAY list after Modern Warfare 2.

Xbox One - PS4 - Wii U - PC

If they do make a Wii U version I will purchase it.

Per me uscirà, Tutti i COD Sono usciti su console Nintendo.
Even COD Ghost it announced in May, and and on the Wii U was announced in July.
I think even this COD will annunce by ActiVision on Wii U in June-July.

If it is coming to Wii U, does this prove that CoD is the only multiplatform series making money on the Wii U?

...Maybe they're waiting for E3?
