I probably should refrain from doing this but I just have to say that I don't see how you can say that seeing all of the accolades and GOTY (mostly for the U2)

OT: Skyrim. I thought the game looked bland, had little focus (granted exploration is a huge part of it) story wise and dull combat. Not to mention, dragon were pretty damn underwhelming if you had a companion to tank the damage. After the 15 hour mark, I couldn't bring myself to keep going.

But, but.......Uncharted 2 was pretty damn cool!

You're now conflicted.

Killzone. Not much to say about it, I just don't like it. It doesn't cause an inner conflict though, that would be Other M.

Final Fantasy.
Everyone i know raves about it. And i get so much hate when i say i dont like it.

I have tried... i really have... but... its terrible.

The game I disliked in recent memory would be Ni no Kuni.
I thought the combat was really bad making the rest of the game feel shallow.

Ni No Kuni and Pokemon X

I don't get it..

I feel like a broken record sometimes, but there are really only two for me.

Final Fantasy VIII - Boring, poorly designed, poorly balanced, boring, nonsensical, badly written and boring. I seriously don't understand what others see in this game.

Legend of Zelda : Skyward Sword - Insubstantial and badly-written story. Repetitive and excessively-padded gameplay. Simplistic and completely broken combat. On the plus side, it has Koloktos, a neat graphical style, and some fairly decent music. Not much to like there.

I believe in honesty, civility, generosity, practicality, and impartiality.

Left 4 Dead 1+2 (friends always want to play a few chapters but I feel like I'm wasting my time.. terrible game)
Mass Effect (started playing 1+2 several times but I can't get into the universe. It might be due to the in medias res)
God of War (granted it's brutal and beautiful but for me it's just button smashing)
Gears of War (its mechanics felt fresh at release but I don't see the purpose of killing other than for progressing)
GTA 5 (I don't give a shite about the characters as their story is all about heists and making money. The game doesn't have that magic found in Vice City and San Andreas)

My mainstream "guilty sins" that I really enjoy are Fallout 3, Assassin's Creed 2+4, Uncharted 2+3, TLoU, Modern Warfare 1-3, Red Dead Redemption, Killzone 2, Borderlands, Tomb Raider (2013) and NFS (some).

I played it at release and it was fresh and funny.. Have you tried some of the top rated user created levels? Insane level of creativity.

Several of its tracks are part of the PlayStation Soundtrack™ like these 2:

You are not alone, hopefully knowing this will resolve the internal conflict
