Funny that constant sreen tearing is now merely referred to as a little annoying. 1080p60 is already out the window, but at least I had hoped to see the last of screen tearing with last gen gone.
I wish all games had at least the option to turn on v-sync. I rather have drops to 20fps than 2 image halves.

If we're going to have screen tearing this gen what the point of next-gen consoles really.

Screen tearing is the worst graphical defect imaginable in a released game. It doesn't matter what the game looks like, if there's screen tearing it looks like dog feces. The only acceptable tearing is restricted to the top 5% of the screen.

invest in pc's people.

p. s. i feel genuinely sorry for anyone that parted with money for this game, regardless of which platform

Damn that's pretty bad!

The tearing on the X1 is just nasty in the day scenes. Seriously, this game could have stayed absent altogether, It's really not doing the Xbox any favors.

This. If your gonna complain about screen tearing or low resolution textures go get a PC thats where the real graphics whores are.

I mostly play RTS and Moba style games now adays as well as ALOT of benchmarking. I do play other games however such as the witcher 3 and Crysis 3, and recently Ashes of the Singularity. I love gaming on the cutting edge and refuse to accept any compromises. Proud member of the Glorious PC Gaming Master Race. Long Live SHIO!!!!

So even with this POS looking game the XB1 still has major issues.

The X1 certainly seems to have some development issues (more than the PS4 anyway), but on this occasion i don't think it's anything to do with the X1 itself. It seems most likely to me that the PS4 was the lead platform and they were unable to properly port it to the X1 before their deadline. The retail copy being delayed seems to back this up too.

This is the game you are using to compare?, then let have fun with it... here is Wii U vs PS4

You have to wonder what in hell happened during the development of the X1 version o.O

It´s not easy making a game for 5 platforms rushed to meet the movie launch.

The XOne was probably the last one on the pipeline.

I fell sory for those developers.
