So, it is a demo.
Well, it's free...
You're Gonna Carry That Weight.
Xbox One - PS4 - Wii U - PC
They seem reluctant to answer how many cars and tracks are in the full version.
Well 5 tracks and 10 cars is plenty to really test the game out.

For a free edition I guess it is fine... 5 tracks is a good deal... some games have less than 15 tracks at full retail price. |
Forza 5 has more then that now since they added Road America and Long Beach for free and will more then likely add a couple more free tracks.

It has 16, 2 were added free so far |
And they will most likely add at least a couple more free ones in the near future I expect another one in June and September. There are strong rumors that it will mostly likely be Monza (would prefer if Mugello Circuit returns since the game has a lot of Ferraris) and Pacific Raceways (makes a lot of sense finally a track from Turn10's home state).

Everything you use money with PS+ it is yours for life...
Eg. The free PS+ Edition will stop to work if you stop the subscription but if you upgraded to Full version even using the Plus discount it will be yours for life even you unsubscribe from Plus.

No for full version too. |
...WTF!!!! They made a big deal out (considering it wasn't that big of a feature so relatively big...) out of the split screen changing with the camera and yet now they don't wanna make split screen on a freaking racing game! I hate this! Honestly the main reason I buy Nintendo consoles now is because there are no damn split screen games on the other systems. Give me 4 player split screen in racing, shooting (with traditional pick up weapons and health packs though that's way too much to ask), and a good Smash Bros. clone Sony and you would get loads of sales I guarantee (I'd still buy Nintendo because I love their IP).

I hope those games have more than 10 cars. :-p

I will try to put in that way...
It is a full game for PS+ users... and you can add content (cars and tracks) via DLC (that means the upgrade plan).
You have no limitation in gameplay, modes or anything... just less cars and tracks.
Sounds like freemium?
What's the big deal, it's a demo, whatever? People sound so disappointed about something they're not entitled to, I don't get it. It's a bonus for PS+ users. Did they promise more, like the full game free?
