Looks absolutely amazing to me, Ben. Thanks for making this thread.

As for the negative comments, simply ignore them. There isn't a single thing that has ever existed that every single person agreed on, so don't expect it here either. No matter how jaw dropping it might be.

I have Unreal Engine 4 as well and it is very impressive. Haven't gotten a lot of time to work with it so far, but I'm hoping to play around with these this weekend. I'm building my own environment for my portfolio over the next 4 months, so i'm excited to hopefully get some really high quality graphics.

i don't think i'd like to play a game that looked like that,.. i prefer things more fantastical.   but i love that is shows off some variety in UE4.   UE3 games all had a element of similarity regardless of the game that i didn't particularily cared for.  this looks like there is a lot more room for artistic expression.

Man those look pretty good.

Only sad part is I thought we would have advanced tech a bit quicker so this was more affordable to all.

I only see effects and cleaned up stuff (clear water in the underground is the best haha, have you ever seen a dirty pond of water? It doesn't reflect like that, they are just putting light sources everywhere and shiny reflections). Nothing that tries to look real, more like a shopped picture taken by a good photographer. It's more like you are spoiled by today's media and ads then when you think this looks awesome (or you prefer effects over realism). It doesn't to me and as it seems to lots of others.

Even more Hollywood-like games confirmed...

So there is a demo called realistic render and you condemn the other demos for not looking realistic?

On a serious note though what hardware are you running and what monitor/tv do you own? 7680x4320 is an 8K screen.
