Its all ports and remakes

Gen three was the golden age of platformers, gen five was the golden age of RPGs, gen seven was the golden age of shooters, and gen eight is the golden age of ports and remakes.

PS4- Haven't played any of the current gen home consoles, but assuming they're going to port over every single PS3 game, I'll say Infamous 2 for now.
Vita- Persona 4 The Golden
3DS - Lords of Shadow Mirror of Fate with SMT4 a very close second.
