I'm not christian, never been, I've seen a lot of people refuse Baptism like its harmful, isn't it basically just taking a fee bath with a dude murming random words?

is it harmful? like for example Circumcision? do you have to cut your dick like shwarma to be Baptised? 

Who refuses baptisms? Christians or non-christians?

I'm pretty sure baptism is a good thing if you're "Spirituality ready" for it.

I would see no reason to be bothered by a baptism unless you were an adherent of a non-christian religion. If you don't believe, than it is just water; no harm, no foul.

And as far as I know it's just the first step into becoming a Christian and a necessary ritual to be able to "use" the services of that religion like for example getting married in a church and all that.
