Where is my yakuza 5 localization? Just put subtitles in it and I am happy. Please make it happen.

Yakuza Developers Already “Working Hard” on Next Game; Announcement to Come By The End of The Year

Looks like the team behind the Yakuza series is already at work on a new game, as Producer Masayoshi Yokoyama and Director Daisuke Sato told the Japanese magazine Dengeki PlayStation in an interview published on the latest issue.

When asked about their next project, Sato-san mentioned that they’re already “working hard” on it. Yokoyama-san followed with a joke, mentioning that they’re salarymen, so they can’t really remain idle without doing anything. Sato-san then concluded by saying that he thinks they’ll be able to announce something about it  by the end of the year.

No details were given about what exactly they’re working on, so we don’t know whether it’s a new chapter of the Yakuza franchise or something entirely different, but if you love the Yakuza series, at least now you know that the folks behind it are hard at work on something new.

Cool, another game that wont be localized.

Maybe if we are lucky, Xseed will localize it... More reason for that kickstarter thing for localization

Sold as much already as the last Yakuza-period-spinoff sold lifetime.  Plus digital this time which wasn't available for Kenzan (as far as I'm aware).

So no, not really.

And for all those people mentioning XSEED:

Houk on the NISA forums mentioned that they had approached SEGA regarding localizing Yakuza 5, and couldn't make it work. If they couldn't, don't see why XSEED would have any luck.
