This is very possible future! the gap is getting widen(probably already reach 3 millions).Until E3 it will be in something like 3.4~3.5 millions.

True thus 16/8 is more likely, PS4 is killing it these days.  And hopefully sony can ship enough now and in future especially for the holidays.

The biggest unknow is can they actully make enough to double X1 sales.

It will get harder and harder for the PS4 to reach it. If it doesn't happen this year it won't after that.

For a good competition let's hope this won't happen but it's not impossible looking at current numbers.

I think it can double the XBone and will most likely before the end of the year, however a strong holiday push from MS my delay it until next year.

By october overall sales may be double in favor of PS4, might likely happen sooner.

Only if the ratio continues throught out every hollydays season, where basicaly 60% of yearly sales are accounted.

Last hollydays the ratio was 4 to 3... so, the chances are slim of a 2 to 1 ratio even if nothing changes.

I'd imagine that Microsoft and it's investors care quite a bit.

I kind of expect MS Deep pockets to kick in before it gets that bad for them, price cuts will be big if they were looking at a 33% vs 66% marketshare against PS4.
