I look at this list and the March NPD and just wonder if this is the reason console sales surprised the majority of people on this site (myself included). I also look at April and wonder if it's going to be an even bigger month for the PS4 in America. I know how the debate is going to go ... Hell, I think most PS4 owners know, but remember, diversity is the key to success and not everyone buys the same games. So before you comment, please be aware that the view is only yours and many people do like Indies.

For the last time: the "no gaems" thing has always been used to mock the lack of exclusive software; historically speaking.

You hear that about every system. I don't see the big deal. I see people saying Vita's got no games, Wii U, Xbox One, etc. You just deal with it and move on.

How many of those games are exclusives?

But but but! No gaeammezzz. Looks like we got a lot of games! People under-restimate the power of Indie! One day we get our own "Minecraft" game success!

The majority of the games on that list I can play on a last gen console or PC.  There's a couple digital exclusives, but none of them are retail exclusives.

I wasn't hyped about next gen just so I can play games that are being released to or have already been released on PC or last gen consoles.  Next gen is about new games and new experiences.  What if movie developers decided they weren't going to release any new movies and started releasing movies that were one or two years old with five minutes of additional footage?  No one would go along with that so why should we go along with receiving nothing but ports of one or two year old video games?
