The Wii U is not exactly the center of 3rd party hits so far this generation. However, it's hard to deny that its 3rd party lineup has been eclectic. From ports of games released before the Wii U was even released, to Dance and Party games, to AAA ports, to LEGO and Physical DLC games like Skylanders and Disney Infinity, there actually is some vartiety to be found.

What game do you think will be the best-selling 3rd party game in the Wii U's career?

Looking back, there is no clear pattern to be found from other Nintendo systems:

• GC - Sonic Adventure 2 Battle

Will Skylanders or Disney Infinity continue to become big names in gaming? Will Watch Dogs somehow end up not flopping? Will Sonic Boom benefit from being a TV tie-in?

 I am going with Sonic Boom, because hopefully the game will benefit a lot from being a TV tie-in! I also don't think that casual franchises like Just Dance and Skylanders will do THAT well in the long run on the WiiU!

Does zombi u or Lego city undercover count?

Hmmm sonic boom maybe! Thing is who knows what games will be released in the future so a little hard to say.

ZombiU does, Lego City doesn't.

I'd be willing to go with Sonic Boom or Rogue Squandron 4 if they do it.

Lego city is nintendo published so no.

I'm going to say that it'll be a yet to be announced game.

So far, ZombiU is #1 with 660K and I think Sonic Boom will beat it. However, it won't have the benefit of sales from Japan.

Something will beat it, I don't know what it is though.
