Is there much to differentiate Halo 2 between the other Halo games? I'm being serious, never played Halo except the first one a few times. Wouldn't the newer Halos have better maps/perks/guns? If so, what would be the point in buying Halo 2 specifically?

Halo 2 on Xbox One vs. TLOU2 on PS5...now that would be an interesting sales comparison :)

Halo 2 is 10 years old, last of us is a year old. A hell of a lot more work will have been put into the halo 2 remake then porting last of us from last gen to current gen. It's also a game from one of the biggest franchises in gaming so if halo 2 doesn't sell more then TLOU then god help the xbox one.

I have a feeling that Halo 2 is gonna be launched alongside a pricecut and it will be a bundled game (much like Titanfall, FIFA, Forza) sometime after launch. Add in any kind of Halo 5 Beta thing and youre gonna get a great selling game.

Because Halo 2 is probably going to be released during the holiday season I would not be surprised if it actually sold more or close to the same amount of The Last of US (3-4 million). Also the Last of US was just released close to a year ago, while Halo 2 was released years ago so more people should be inclined to buy the remastered version of Halo. Also if Halo 2 does release during the holiday season it is most likely going to be bundled so Halo 2 will benefit from that.

For people complaining about the polls, the results are always incredibly biased regardless of the question and that is what he is poking fun at. There is no need to make a big deal about it. Just make a comment with your prediction and move on.

Answer: Halo 2 for a more nostalgic game

TLOU isnt a remake...its a port with 'graphics turned up to 11'.
If halo is the same (a port with graphics turned up to 11), I have no doubt TLOU will beat it.
But if Halo is proper remake, I think it will come out on top by a little since it will be more appealing for X1 owners to buy instead of other shooters.

I think you're being slightly unfair.  The PS4 is clearly the most popular console right now amongst the mainstream and the kind of 'hardcore' that go on forums like this, so it is likely that it will always be skewed slightly this way for the near future.

Although some do, not all fans of one console automatically support their console of choice all the time.  The NPD poll the other day was neck and neck between X1 and PS4 before the result came out.
