I think its a really dumb move. Not for money sakes but for just giving other companies the incentive to re release 1 year old games and expect them to sell. its sending a bad message.

I'd love to see your playthrough.

Maybe I'll hook it up to my TV tuner and make a speed run.  It's gonnna be boring as hell to watch since Joel runs so damn slow.

It is definitely not impossible, unless someone is forcing you to watch all the zombie movies and tv shows?  


I'm not into that stuff.  I just see it everywhere.  Just like anyone else who doesn't live under a rock.

You have limited resources, so most of the time you don't even have any ammo and therefore have to resort to using stealth tactics to take our your enemies one by one. 

-Crafting/invention felt mindless and irrelevent. How the hell did it feel mindless and irrelevant? You crafted useful materials like health packs and bombs, thats irrelevant? You need health packs because there's no health regeneration (Also proving that it's not a generic shooter, as you claim it is) and then you craft things like bombs and smoke grenades so that you can use them when you find yourself out of ammo or you're being surrounded by enemies and feel it's better to throw a grenade, instead of popping your head out to shoot.

He must be some kind of video game expert. Finished The Last of Us in 8 hours. Even on my third playthrough playing it on easy mode it took me 10 hours 37 minutes, and I would consider myself pretty good at the game.

Yeah, that's why we think it's overrated.  People think it's good just for that.  Everything I ask someone why they like this game, they're so quick to jump to "It's got a 95 on gameranking and won more GOTYs than anyother game" That doesn't anwser my question

So any high awarded game is overrated with that mindless logic. That logic literally hurts my brain, it is right down silly. 

If you read my post you'll see I praised BioShock Infinite for its creative and intense themes.   The the thread before you post.

Well, I disagree with Bioshock Infinite, I didn't see any innovation about gameplay. And for me it's the most overrated game of 2013.

You easely can relate for the characters and be involved in the story. You have the sense of fear and powerless against the infected, especially the clickers. So, you don't want to blast your way out, maybe in easy mode with alot of bullets you'll go that way ~

It is a linear game, but doesn't feel like one, the story is one of best so far too. The immersion with the game and the moments that ''whoa'' me is beyond any game out there.
