Are there any cool emulators that work on Vita? I saw an amazing N64 emulator for PSP, so technically it should work because the PSP environment is fully recreated by the Vita when it plays PSP games. I'd love to play Mario64 on my Vita =D

You could always buy a DS and a copy of Super Mario 64 DS.

Not gonna happen sorry. I've spent more money on Nintendo then any other company (gaming/non gaming) in my entire life, so I think it's ok.

What you do with your money is of course your choice, but I would recommend against ROMs. They're illegal.


Excuse me, but do you legally own all the music on your hard drive? How about the movies? Did you buy them? And the series?

So since every single person I've ever met owns illegal digital content, I'll sleep soundly at night even if I download games from 3 generations ago that aren't being produced anymore.

C'mon guys, let's stay on topic. I'm not even sure if discussion of ROMs is allowed here

On topic: Everyone should go out and buy an OLED Vita! I'm going to do it! Yay me :)

I have an OLED model but to be fair I would prefer having a Slim model, it´s prettier. xP Don´t mind the screen though.

Well here in Aus we only have the 1000 models still and the pack in games Ive seen were all physical titles like Killzone, PSASBR, Soul Sacrifice, Uncharted and Tearaway... huh just noticed they are all 1st party.

Basically retailers do anything to sell Vita's here... guess that means its doing terribley =(

I do legally own all of my games, movies, and shows, yes.

Moreover, I don't find the excuse that everyone else is doing it to be very convincing. 

I'm not trying to pick a fight. I'm just pointing out that what you're endorsing is illegal.

but isnt the battery life on the LCD one much better?
the OLED screen is nice, but when you up the brightness, the battery is gone in under 3 hours.

The battery life is about an hour more. You get (slightly) more battery life, a standard USB power supply, and 1gb of built in memory, at the expense of a very much superior screen. I guess it just depends on what you prefer, really.

I'd stick with the OLED since I mostly play indoors, but if someone is buying it mainly for portable gaming then the extra battery life is worth noting.

I don't understand the LCD hate... It really confuses me... It's like saying apples are better than oranges. Sure both a fruit, but that's kinda it.

I for one will gladly get an 2000 model when we see other colours in Europe. For some reason suddenly having an oversaturated image is prefered to having a natural colour reproduction... Not to mention that Vita is kinda useless outdoors...
