Biggest new non Nintendo IP on a video game console I think? Which is amazing because nobody can actually top Nintendo, just look at the all time sales charts =P

Wii U numbers are disappointing. Mario Kart 8 will help raise the base number substantially, as it is rumored a Mario Kart 8 Wii U SKU is going to be released.

I echo the sentiment that NA numbers seem at odds after NPD data came out.

Other note is how dominant PS4 is in Europe who are finally getting supply issues revolved over there. I expect it to sell even more there in coming months.

Lastly, poor Vita is just dying in NA. I love the device but makes worry about its future here.

True, if it comes to making IPs that sell well, then they really know what they're doing. It'd be interesting to see if they can come up with a new IP that manages to become a multimillion seller over several iterations (not like the Wii series, which looks to have been more of a one of success) though, the last new IP that Nintendo made that became something like that, was Animal Crossing I believe.

Well maybe Tomodachi Collection can be the next.
