Everything in this discussion could be answer if this simple statment:

XOne is 25% more expensive than the PS4 and its selling 20% less units on the USA.

But then people will call out the bundle and the limited time disconts... well so be it.

The fact is that as long as the Xone is more expensive than the competition it won´t outsell then, unless there are many significant advantages to do so.

However, Sony can´t just seat on the montain of PS4 sold and do nothing to improve the system and ad features to the console.

Definitely didn't expect that. Congrats to PS4 though on another solid month. X1 did great as well just not enough to beat the PS4.

These types of posts are hilarious .All last gen people said ps3 was a failure for losing marketshare. Now losing it in your best territory  is fine

Shhhhhh...

We are not talking about corporations and tecnology,  services and entertaiment.

We only care about hadware sales, everthing else is smoke and mirrors.

PS: Too bad I wasn´t here back in 2007 when PS3 was doing like... 1/3 of XOne is doing know, now the situation is completly different, the battle is over and nothing can change it.

PS3 never failed in her( yes it's a girl) best territory though.

 


The gap is becoming bigger and bigger, we can safely say the PS4 will be 1M ahead at the end of the year, X1 has no exclusives coming until then and PS4 has MLB, The Last Of Us PS4 version, Driveclub probably and The Order.

I can confirm that PS4 sold 371K this month, vs. Microsoft's 311K.

Sweet Jesus. How on earth did the Xbox One lose the March NPD...So...now what? What's the new plan? Just keep throwing money at it?

Expect an official, permanent price cut soon. If that doesn't work...I don't know...expect the life boats to start filling up.

Your saying this as if I'm an Xbox fanboy? But that's besides the point. if I was on this site back then, I would've said the same thing about the PS3. I could care less for what sales better, as long as both consoles are selling well.
