Forums - Nintendo Discussion - “You Got Served” – Nintendo Sued Over Dual Screen Technology

heh, those wannabe patent trolls likely get robbed by their own lawyers in the end

Again ? Lol
Nintendo started using dual screen long, long ago with Game & Watch.
Funny to see that from time to time someone always try to get easy cash on Nintendo products

Reading more into this guy (Harold J. Weber), in 1987 he unsuccessfully sued Ford & Volkswagen over his "Manual Gearshift and Clutch Training Apparatus".

LOL really??
So often do I hear about Nintendo being sued and so often I hear how Nintendo win.
Seriously, from recent memory I think they have lost 1 lawsuit.

"Ninyai" or however you write it on English, which is the equivalent of Objection! in Japanese :P

I also like his patent for 'audio hush', it's like mute on your TV but doesn't turn the volume down all the way...

When lawsuits appear, if it's rediculous, it's always Texas.

I'm thinking I might set up a company in Texas, file a patent for a holographic screen and then wait until someone actually makes it, then sue...

*omit next section*

...then profit.

Hmm, pie.

They might just win this like the last one. Nintendo is a multi billion dollar company and can't hire good lawyers. What a fail LOL
