Forums - Sales Discussion - A nice article with STEAM game sales estimations

I'm pretty sure I haven't played less than 100% of all the games I've ever bought

Game of the year 2017 so far:

5. Resident Evil VII
4. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
3. Uncharted: The Lost Legacy
2. Horizon Zero Dawn
1. Super Mario Odyssey

Often you buy a bundle with 15 games and play just one because the overall price is still much lower than the sole price of this single game. I have around 45 games in my library that I will never touch. It would be great if you could just remove them forever because they are spamming my library. I play less than 25% of the games I bought.

I just like collecting them

Check out my hype threads: Cyberpunk, and The Witcher 3!

I've never played about 90% of my Steam games...I may not count because I got most of them in Humble Bundles and my computer can't even run half of them though.

That's why I will never use Steam. Buying on impulse is bad, you can have lots of games in your backlog but time in this life is limited. As it grows and grows you will never be able to finish it.

But you leave something for your kids and their kids to play. It's part of your legacy

And what if they don't like gaming? I would have wasted tons of money! Terrible idea .

Same here. Have about 90% unplayed games, so not surprised.

Really good numbers for Skyrim and Civilization 5.
The Valve games seem very inflated though due to either making them F2P or free for a limited amount of time.

I think CS Source is the top game in that list that was never actually free.

I have a few that got part of bundles that have yet to get to, so roughly 5% of Steam games remain unplayed. In my defense they roughly cost $1-$2 so not out much.

Where is Zen pinball..

Don't trust theese numbers.. who made..estimated them.. ?

I'm surprised it's that low, honestly.

My ratio is far worse, but I do plan to play them all some day. In the meantime I'm cutting myself off.
