I'm not a big mobile gamer by any stretch of the imagination, but 8 Ball Pool has definitely been getting a lot of playing time. Solid gameplay and a smooth online experience make it a very fun and addicting game. Any other closet fans out there? Plus, I've always though it would be a good game for the a Wii U Gamepad. If anyone ever wants to play send me an invite at Hibern81.

Last I got hooked on a pool game was during Windows 95, but I'll check this game out.
I'm tired of playing Family Feud my gf got me hooked on...

Won't it be more interactive to play pool on Wii U with a Wiimote rather than the gamepad?

Not really! It just gets slightly boring and I would prefer something like a numbers or action game instead. I only remember playing Pool once, an App Store game, on iPhone 3 back in 2012 but when I later tried it on iPhone 5s, it was bugging bad due to optimisation issues. Couldn’t bother about pool anymore since then!
