It's a tie between Gamecube, Wii U pro and Dreamcast controller. Mostly I prefer those because of their big shape. I like holing something 'heavy', big in my hands. Even though Dreamcast's thumb stick is really slippery, it's still very comfortable.

Gamecube is probably on this list because it's the first controller I actively played with.

Overall, SNES because of its innovation. That being said the DS4 is absolutely awesome. Also I can't play fighters with anything anywhere near as well as I can standing with arcade stick on an arcade machine.

The Duke.

Believe it or not.

I have a real fondness for the original xbox duke controller. However I've not really spent any time with the new ps4 and xbone controllers. I definitely prefer the duke to the wii u controllers (no analogue triggers) or gamecube or wii controllers.

However I did think the N64 controller was awesome for Pilotwings, waverace and Mario 64 when you got used to it. It felt perfect for waverace.

The GameCube Wavebird.

It was the first wireless controller I had used and it melted straight into my hands.

The Xbox360 controller was also excellent.

It will have to be between a 360 (Soon to be X1 controller), gamecube or wiiU pro controller...

I love the 360 controller but by the god of tits, does the D-pad suck! Its soo terrible when it comes to fighting games thats just urghh.

I love the gamecube controller but by the god of sex, does the C-Stick sucks, I went through at least 4 gamecube controllers with all broken C-Sticks.

Finally, I like the wiiU pro controller but by the love of anal, does the the triggers suck... Analog guys? In this day and age? Like, you fixed the battery problem which most of your competitors and the gamepad has but you just fell short of not putting a digital trigger on the pro controller? Just urghh

So idk, and yes, I don't particularly like the analog placements in playstation controller so thats why those aren't on the list if anyone is wondering that is

I dont like analog sticks below the buttons or d-pad, they are too far from triggers.
my hand always get weird when im pressing R2 and L2 and moving the analog sticks at the same time in DS3.(i have to prove DS4, seems lots better than DS3)
Assimetrical configuration also seems weird.

So, for now, i like more wii U gamepad and wii U pro controler than any other controler.
Except in games that dont need analog sticks. in that case, i would choose SNES controler.
